Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 September 2026
This policy explains what elim.io ("we", "us") collects when you visit elim.io or write to us through its contact form, what we do with it, and how to ask us to change or delete it.
1. What we collect
- What you send through the form: your name, company, work email, company size and your message.
- Technical data attached to a submission: IP address, browser user-agent and a timestamp. We use them to stop spam and abuse.
The site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or cross-site tracking.
2. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and talk to you about it.
- To discuss the work, products or services you ask about.
- To keep the site and our systems free of spam and abuse.
We do not sell or rent personal data.
3. Legal basis
We process your details because you asked us to, by sending the form, and because we have a legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us.
4. Who else handles it
Only the providers we need to run the site and handle your enquiry, acting on our instructions:
- Hosting: the server that runs the site and the database where submissions are stored.
- Cloudflare: content delivery and protection of the site.
- Team workspace tools: the messaging and notes tools where our team receives and tracks enquiries.
5. International transfers
Our team and providers work in more than one country, so your data may be processed outside the country you live in. When it is, we rely on the safeguards the providers offer and use only established ones.
6. How long we keep it
As long as we need it to handle your request and any work that follows from it. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we process it. Email [email protected].
8. Security
Data travels over HTTPS and is stored with access limited to our team. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.
9. Changes
When this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date above.
